Set on a lonely South African farm, in the 1920’s. The film revolves around a young boy who is forced into manhood when his father is injured in a riding accident and he is left to fend for himself. The boy is terrorized by an unseen animal.

A grizzly bear who is wounded by three hunters in one year goes on a killing spree in the woods, taking revenge on humans as a whole. Jason and Chris Monroe, an estranged husband and wife, pursue the bear after it kills their only son, Buck.
